ReplyDeleteI could not live without brown rice... I can mix it in with beans or steamed veggies, and it's a life saver in a time crunch. Throw some instant brown rice in the microwave and give it a little soy sauce and veggies, and I'm good!

ReplyDeleteAVOCADOS!!! So delicious with literally everything you can think of, appropriate at every meal, makes a great snack, makes a great dressing or sauce, packed with nutrients and good fats... you can't go wrong!!
